Membership Who Can Join? We have changed our membership qualifications! It just became much easier to become a member of the Calfornia Pacific Federal Credit Union! (formerly Avon Refinery FCU) Please read the following and see if you qualify for membership. Our current field of membership is as follows: Persons who live, worship, work in, or do business in the greater portion of Northeastern Contra Costa County, California. Members of record of Avon Refinery Federal Credit Union as of the effective date of the approval of its community charter on June 14, 2001;  Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of this credit union; employees of this credit union; members of their immediate families or households; and organizations of such persons.   CPFCU - Sharing In Your Future
